Most ribbon by the yard now ships for a flat $3.95 charge. Many flat, thin items are now shipping for free or minimal fee. If you see anything that seems to be wrong for shipping, please email me before you purchase.

DO NOT return any item without authorization. Sometimes french barrettes the back will pop off. IT CAN EASILY BE FIXED. Do NOT return this item. Contact me with any questions or problems.

Prices for DIY supplies and dog grooming bands are cheaper for larger wholesale quantities. There is no additional wholesale discount on these items.
